Turnaround Time (TAT):
Processing time depends on the availability of the color, size, and style you select. If an item is not currently in stock, please allow an additional 2–3 days for restocking, production, and shipping.

All sales are final—no refunds will be issued. If your product arrives damaged, you have 48 hours from delivery to contact me at Tallenteddesigns@gmail.com with your name, order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item. Once verified, I’ll gladly replace the product.

I am not responsible for allergic reactions and cannot issue refunds for such cases.

Orders typically ship between one and two business days, depending on the time of purchase, unless marked as a pre-order. Keep in mind that due to limited weekend shipping options in my town (UPS is closed and USPS operates for only 2 hours on Saturdays), weekend orders will most likely ship on Monday.
